No offense, but is your vet retarded or something? If it is intended to be a pet, and you want it spayed, then your vet should spay it, or you should find another vet. One who actually knows something about rabbits. I could not imagine the hell Momo would put me through if I left her intact. Not to mention the hormone smell. She has zero rabbit stink now. Plus spayed females live longer, happier lives.

I stand by and respect my Vet 100%
It's hard to find someone who actually Loves and respects animals and is not all about the money. Plus he is the only Vet here who treats and knows anything about Herps. So I won't find another Vet anytime soon. We had the "All female rabbits get uterine cancer by 4" conversation and he informed me that that is a scare tactic some Vet's use to make money.
My rabbits live outside in a huge rabbit hutch, and are happy as can be.

After rabbits for 20 years they shouldnt ever act like a **** bag. Fixed or not. A touch of vanella or vinegar helps with urin smell. Otherwise there arnt other smells.
